French fashion brand Chloe enters Indian market

      19 Mar, 2016

Chloe, French fashion brand, has forayed into the Indian market. It has tied up with Le Mill, a concept store that stocks some well-known international designers such as Alexander McQueen, Stella McCartney, Balmain and Valentino. Now, the store will have the Spring Summer 2016 collection of Chloe bags on display.

Chloe’s creative director Clare Waight Keller expresses her love for Chloe as: ‘Chloe speaks to me on so many levels. First, because it’s feminine. I love the free-spirited, effortless attitude, the kind of girl Chloe is. It’s about those fabulous pieces you wear so many different ways and the spirit of confidence you have when you wear them. It’s real.’

Chloe was founded in 1952 by Gaby Aghion. She played a big role in redefining French fashion in the post-War period. She joined forces with Jacques Lenoir in 1953, to help manage the business side of the brand and thus allowing her to pursue the creative growth of Chloe. Many celebrities such as Sienna Miller, Cameron Diaz, Emma Stone, Katie Holmes have all worn Chloe. Today, Chloe has a range of products in categories such as apparel, accessories and beauty.
